Refund policy

Complimentary Free Returns to all UK customers on orders over £150. Exchanges / Refunds will be eligible up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. All returning footwear must be provided in its original packaging and tags. All soles must not be worn or damaged for your return to be accepted. If your item is not in the condition that it was received the order will be returned to the customer. Please ensure all returns are carefully packed in a secure cardboard box as received.

For all UK orders under £150 or sale items, a return fee of £5 will be deducted from your return once we have processed your return. All International Returns/Exchanges will need to be paid by the customer.

If your return is meets the requirements, you will receive a shipping label from our team via email. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before purchasing. 

Christmas Returns Policy

All orders placed from November 15th will have an extended returns period due to the festive gifting period. Please note you will have until 10th January to make a return. Returning criteria as stated above applies.

All Studio footwear or made to order services are unfortunately non refundable from the time of purchase.
