Complimentary Free Returns to all UK customers on orders over £150. You have 14 days to make a return from the delivery date. All returning footwear must be provided in its original packaging and tags. All soles must not be worn or damaged for your return to be accepted. If your item is not in the condition that it was received the order will be returned to the customer. If your return is meets the requirements, you will receive a shipping label from our team via email. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before purchasing. Learn more

Any order outside of the UK will be responsible for paying the returning fee of any products. Please ensure this is a tracked service to confirm your insurance on the goods.

Once we have received your returning order, we will then proceed to process the refund. Please note this can take up to 7 working days.

Unfortunately all custom or bespoke items that have come from the studio are non refundable.

All footwear has been intricately hand crafted in Portugal. Products are made from premium natural materials using a variety of natural tooling methods. Slight variation in appearance and finish can be completely normal when working with natural materials. We ask all customers to wear footwear with the same love & care that has been used to craft all of our products. Please ensure you gently hand wash products with water only. Please do not use any toxic chemicals to clean this product. If you are wanting to clean the suede please use a stiff brush only. We advise to avoid using water on the suede panel as this could cause the colour to run. We advise customers to keep tissue or a shoe tree in the product whilst it is not being used to help them to hold their natural shape. Please use the dust bag provided for any necessary purpose to protect the condition of your footwear. 

We use Royal Mail, DPD & DHL for all UK Shipments. For any orders outside of the UK we use DHL Express.

We currently do not send items DDP. Therefore, if you are outside of the UK you may be subject to customs charges for your order to be delivered. To find out more regarding if you would be affected by duty and customs charges please contact your local customs authority.

If you have selected next day delivery before 2pm in the UK, you should receive your order the next day. For all standard UK Shipping we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days, therefore they should arrive within 3-5 working days. For all International Shipping we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. Learn more

For all hand painted footwear from the studio, please allow up to 25 working days for orders to be delivered.

When you place an on www.jrdstudios.com you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. If you have not received this email please allow a few minutes and check your spam folder. If this can still not be found, please contact our customer service

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to then cancel. If you wish to return the footwear once it has arrived, you can proceed to as mentioned in our returns policy.

If this is within 24 hours of your order, we may be able to make this change. However, this is not guaranteed, for the most part, you will have to wait for your footwear to arrive before returning if you have ordered the incorrect size. Please note if you have ordered from the studio then this product will be non refundable.
